	This kits is a stereo (MPX) decoder. The stereo decoder can be used with home-brew tuners or as an upgrade for old mono tuners also. The stereo decoder circuit might look a bit complicated. That's because the board includes filters for removing harmonics of the stereo subcarrier on the input as well as low-pass filters in the output that remove 19 and 38kHz "remains" - not just the simple minimal circuit shown in the chip datasheet... The board includes a 15V power supply, that can be used to supply the other parts of the tuner also. The supply runs on 13-17V AC (a 12V AC wall-wart for instance) or 18-24V DC.
