Prices Prices on this website include VAT/sales tax and are shown in Euros. The prices may be changed at any time without prior notice, and may contain errors. If you live outside the EU you do not have to pay VAT. You can get a total amount without VAT after ordering - the order confirmation e-mail will show prices with VAT though. If you pay using PayPal, you will get the VAT refunded. Shipping Goods are normally shipped using Post Danmark (Danish mail), and the cost is whatever they charge. If you would prefer another type of shipping please contact us for a quote. The ordering system will calculate the shipping cost for small parcels shipped using priority mail. Please note that there is NO tracking on priority mail parcels. When paying with PayPal uninsured shipping is not possible. Delivery time The delivery time for each product is shown on the product page. If the time quoted is low (2-3 days) it means everything is (or should be) in stock. If the quoted time is 1-2 weeks it means some parts are not in stock, and must be ordered. Payment Payment can be made using either a bank transfer, cash, moneybookers.com, PayPal (including the credit/debit cards PayPal accepts) or a cashiers cheque/money order (add €14 for fees if the cheque is not Danish and not in DKK). I can also ship COD to some countries, but then I have to ship using UPS which is very expensive. Inside the EU a bank transfer is a cheap/fast option. Warranty The parts carry a two year warranty. So parts with manufacturing defects will be replaced or repaired within 24 months after the sale. The warranty does not cover problems with the kits that were caused by bad assembly etc. If there are faulty parts (not caused by abuse during assembly) they will be replaced. Kits that do not work can be sent in for servicing. Returns Goods can be returned the first two weeks after purchase for a full refund. The shipping cost is not refunded. Kits can only be returned if they are unopened/unassembled.
